What is an Adventure Elopement?

Adventure elopements are a magical way to get married in nature.

They are completely focused on you as a couple.

When you elope, it’s just you and the person you love starting your forever together.

What is an adventure elopement? Well, I’m glad you asked.

Adventure elopements are completely different than a traditional wedding.

Your wedding backdrop could be a mountain, waterfall, or old-growth forest.

Here is my very oversimplified formula for explaining adventure elopements:

Start by defining what adventure means to you.

That might mean hitting the trail at 4 am to hike to the summit by sunrise.

Or it could be walking ten steps from the car to get pictures in front of a beautiful mountain backdrop.

It doesn’t matter if you are new to the outdoors or if you’re a seasoned peak bagger.

It’s your elopement. You get to choose what to do.

You deserve to have a wedding that means something to you.

Think about a place, moment, or adventure that has meaning to the two of you.

Did you have your first kiss on a surf trip? Is your favorite hike to a waterfall?

Or are you both obsessed with mountains?

It might be easier than you think to pick the perfect place to say “I do.”

“What will we actually do all day?”

That is the best part about eloping. You can do whatever you want.

Once we get to your elopement location I tell couples just to play and explore. Walk the trails, discover the forest, dance on a mountain top.

You’ll be surprised at how quickly the hours go by.

If you want an action-packed day then plan an adventurous activity.
