I’m new to the outdoors — is that ok?

I love being able to introduce couples to the outdoors for the first time! I think nature should be inclusive and accessible to everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never stepped foot on a trail — I’ll find the perfect one for you.

Do we have to hike?

Not at all! I completely understand if you don’t want to get hot and sweaty hiking in your wedding dress. There are so many options for stunning scenery right from the parking lot. You don’t have to step foot on a trail if you don’t want to.

Will you help us find an elopement location?

Location research is one of my favorite parts of the planning process! Once we talk, I will have a better understanding of your vision for your wedding day and I will compile a list of elopement locations for you to consider. I have been hiking for 15 years in the PNW and I know I have a place for you in mind!

What will we do all day?

One of the biggest misconceptions about elopements is that they are done and dusted in a couple of hours. In fact, it’s quite the opposite.

When you elope, you are creating a wedding day that has meaning to you. Getting ready shots, first looks, family photos, the ceremony, vows, celebration — it all still happens during an elopement. On top of that, you might go hiking, skydiving, or take a ride in a hot air balloon.

You can’t convey the feeling of your day in four hours of photography. Your elopement is worth it and your entire wedding day matters.
