So, how should you go about spreading the good news?  

My suggestion is to start by calling and telling the people closest to you first. 

Your parents, siblings, and a best friend might be a little bummed if they found out at the same time as everyone else. Give them a quick call before blasting it on Facebook.

Are you sending elopement announcements in the mail? There are three things I would suggest to have on your elopement announcement

1. A picture of the two of you on your wedding day

2. A phrase that clearly explains that you got married

3. The date you eloped so they realize you are already married
